All of our products are inspected very carefully and carefully before each shipment! But if you want to exchange or return your product, don't worry, we offer all the support you need to carry out your request.

Important: exchange or return of parts in the promotion is not permitted.

The customer may withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

  • The parts to be returned must be sent within 7 calendar days, in the original packaging, with no signs of use and with all the items contained within the order. ( important: the piece must be returned in a box, if it is returned in an envelope, we will not accept the return. As the piece may be damaged during transit)
  • The shipping cost for sending the pieces to the store will be borne by the customer.
  • After the parts arrive at the office, we ask for a period of 2 working days for inspection and refund of the money.
